I love this soup ever since my father cooked it for my weekend breakfast. I was so young then and it has a warm yet fresh aroma to the soup that makes a great start for the weekend. It is quick and simple to make too!
I first made it for KY and he was like, “Mint Leaves? Are you sure?” But now, he is the one that buys the ingredients for me to prepare it.
Oh. and do remember to season it with fish sauce/soy sauce or some anchovies powder.
