Procreate & Digital Downloads

  • Given the nature of downloadable digital items, we do not generally offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless required under relevant consumer protection laws. Please visit FAQ or email hello@hazelong.com for issues with downloading/installing.

Fine Art

  • Original art purchased via this website can be exchanged/refunded for the following reasons :

    • Incorrect item received

    • Item damaged on arrival

    • Order is lost in transit, provided the shipping address is accurate 

  • Original art purchased via this website cannot be exchanged/refunded for the following reasons :

    • Mistakes made during the order process

    • Changing shipping address after order has been processed

    • The tracking for your order shows delivered but you have not received the package

  • For eligible refunds, we require the package to be shipped back to us at your cost. We will process the refund/exchange upon checking the condition of the product.

Printed Goods

  • Printed goods purchased via this website can be exchanged/refunded for the following reasons :

    • Incorrect item received

    • Parcel damaged on arrival

    • Manufacturing issue

    • Order is lost in transit, provided the shipping address is accurate 

  • Printed goods purchased via this website cannot be exchanged/refunded for the following reasons :

    • Mistakes made during the order process

    • Changing shipping address after order has been processed

    • The tracking for your order shows delivered but you have not received the package

  • We do not accept returned orders and cannot issue any refunds for any returned orders. We can only reship a new order.
